CANCELLATION POLICY
Please READ! ALL FULL SETS REQUIRE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR SPOT. IF DEPOSIT ISNT SENT BY THE END OF THE DAY OF BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT, APPOINTMENT WILL BE DENIED TILL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED through either ZELLE, or APPLE PAY! DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT & DAY OF APPOINTMENT: 1. There is a 10 minute grace period, after the 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your service to the card on file. 2. If you need to cancel or reschedule please make sure to do so 24 hrs before your appointment to avoid any charges.(Deposits are still non refundable if you cancel before the 24 hrs.) Canceling after the 24 hr period will result in a charge of 100% of your service. 3. No call, No show appointments will be charged 100% of their appointment. 4. I do not allow children/babies or extra people in the treatment room unless they are also being serviced. 5. NO REFUNDS. Thank you.
